Reject a sanitized ad based on preauditing. The ad will continue its normal path unti 51% or more of the preauditors reject it. Depending on the settings of the network the ad could be blocked from distribution or transfered to a screen operaror for final review and publication.

There are many cases in which a rejected ad could be fit for publication. In some cases, operators are comfortable with running incendiary ads if the economic incentive is present and the area is not socially divisive.
